I just picked up a Mossberg Bantam .410 bore gun for the lad. The barrel has a fixed full choke- I'm planning on having it reamed to modified or improved cylinder, but there is quite a lot of metal in the muzzle. Has anyone had these threaded for Beretta Mobilchokes?

I would be shocked if there is anyone in canada that can do 410 tubes. I had to send mine to Briley state side for a wingmaster and 1100 and they got thin walls
Cheers

Personally, with a 410, I would either leave it as is, or just ream it to M or I/M. With the 410, I would give up a little pattern size, to maintain a little more pattern density.

Pattern the gun, ream the muzzle a tiny bit and pattern again, repeat until the pattern opens up to no more than mod then love it like it is or move up in gauge.
