18 1/2 is the shortest I have seen. There was a manufacturer here talking about making 14 inches I believe though.

I got mine from frontier I believe as they were the only place that had em in stock but they were a bit over priced.

Call around Im sure you will find one. Epps is another good bet.

There was talk of a 12" barrel but I'm not sure if it had been made yet or not.

18 1/2" smooth bore with rifle sights and a 28" ribbed is what came with mine in the box

Where you are matters.
Shortest factory barrel is 18.5". Smooth bore with a bead. Epp's is listing several M500 barrels that aren't stupidly expensive. A 24" rifled barrel runs $150. No 18.5" barrels though. Your local gun shop can order one for you.
