Having my 12ga eject multiple shells per pump...

not to sure why, it does it randomly, with different shells

any ideas or input onto why this may be happening??

Thanks in advance

If the problem is on the rearward stroke of the forearm, it's probably the Cartridge Interrupter. If it is the forward stroke then the Cartridge Stop is suspect. It will be either a fitting issue or a timing issue.

It happened on mine as well during sporting clays once. It was due to the magazine tube coming loose so the cartridge interrupter wasn't able to stop the second shell. Just screw it down tight and cycle some dummy loads to see if that helps.

ill try the screw and see if itll solve the issue, the gun is sitting at my house now. its a low round count gun, a very old model but only about 20 rounds down the tube

If its an old model, I'll echo the possibility of the magazine unscrewing. The shell stops are held in place by the bolt plate, so if the recesses in the receiver are correct and the shell stops have not been bent, the magazine is about the only possibility.
