Mossberg 500 Stock Replacement

I tried searching this but I seem to get too many hits or zero hits. Forgive if this has been covered. I am looking to find a replacement but stock for my Mossberg 500 (20" Persuader - 8 Shot - 12G - Model #50577) in efforts of shortening the length of pull. I believe the shotgun has a standard 14.25" LOP and I am wondering if I can't use a bantam size stock as a direct replacement. Does anyone know if that will fit?

there should be no issue with a bantam stock fitting. As long as it is meant for the same gauge shotgun, there shouldn't be any differences in the portion of the stock that mates to the reciever.

Thanks for the reply. All I seem to be able to find is the Hogue 12" LOP aftermarket stock. The youth or bantams I have found are 410 or 20G.

Magpul. I love mine. Easy to adjust LOP, and comb height. With my stiff wrists it is the most comfortable rifle or shotgun stock I own.

I looked at the Magpul but they appear to be sold out across Canada.

Look for ATI Tactical set. Mine is fully adjustable and very comfortable to use.

Get a Hogue 12" LOP Stock set.

You could also shorten the one you have easily enough. Either wood or synthetic.

Bantam in 12GA will fit.
