mossberg 535 ejection problems

hi,
my 535 mosberg wont eject black cloud 3 1/2 inch shells. 3 inch winchester will eject with no problem and now I wonder if this is a shell problem or it is the gun. SInce I purchased the gun more than 30 days ago, I can't go back to the dealer but to Mossberg and that's annoying.

Some 3.5 inch shells are longer than others so they might have trouble going thru the ejection port. Try different rounds and see what happens
