Bought one these little beasts and was wondering what forend's some of you are rocking.

I would love a Surefire but way to much $$$$$, almost as much a the firearm. Does anyone one know if a CGN dealer has the right size Ergo tri rail in stock? I always try to buy from Canadian dealers first.

This is not my go to SBS just a fun blaster to beat on so any recommendations are appreciated.

I must say this little one has great balance and has really smoothed out with just 50rds

There are very few options for the shorter forend on the 14" model. Factory shorter wood forend, Ergo Tri Rail and Surefure fits, others need modification to fit (Magpul mods). Maybe there's been products made for them in the last year after I stopped looking, if not - options are extremely limited for the short forend.

I just got one of these as well. I like the idea of adding the Magpul SGA and MOE forend but would like to know a bit more about doing the mod if anyone can share.

I always have the hogue forend on my 590s and all you need to do is make a straight cut on the top end of the hogue and it fits fine.

I really like the Hogue forend, it's on my Moss 500, but I haven't modified it to fit on my 14" 590A1. I like the factory corncob with strap.

+1. My hand means more to me than my desire to be one of the cool kids. Lol.

Though I will say that I consider a SGA to be a almost mandatory upgrade when I buy any Mossberg shotgun. The fit, function, and feel is dramatically different than the factory stock.
