I got a magazine for a Mossberg 695 and it fits my 395 KA just fine. The only thing that bothers me is that the floorplate of the magazine looks like it's just sealed into place there. I somehow seem to remember the old magazines for these Mossberg bolt action 395k's etc, had a floorplate that was simply the sidef folded down to meet in the middle of the now formed bottom of the magazine. has anyone figured out how to dis-assemble their Mossberg 695 magazine?
PS, if you don't know what kinf of firearm the 695 is, it was a deer hunting version manufactured for a while by Mossberg back in the 1990s I believe, sort of like th Marlin 55 Slug master, they are unknown and as rare as rockhing horse ####.
Anyways, to get back on track, i would like some pointers on field stripping those 695 magazines. Tony
