Good day fellow CGNers,
Well i've done it this time. Last time out at the range with my Mossberg 702 and my nephew, I noticed a grinding feeling in the trigger. Figured it was some sand or other debris. (even though the rifle has never touched ground)
Instead of performing my usual cleaning process, i decided to take it further and no matter how much high pressure air and rem oil I used, I was not able to get all the debris out.
I should have been more careful to take pics when I took the trigger assembly apart but live and learn i did not.
Anyone know how to put back together a 702 trigger assembly? I'm hoping to avoid having to take my 22 into the gunsmith. I have been unable to find exploded <--(bad choice of words) views on line, and the manual really is of no help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
