what do yous guys have for an openion on this unit. I just want a bush beater that works all the time. the mossberg 835

I had one a few years ago, came in a generic cam pattern, not MO or RT. Anyway, mine worked well and didn't have any problems at all. The issue that I had with it was that it just didn't feel right. Also I found it a little clunky, not smooth as say the Rem 870 that I replaced it with.

I love my 835. I have never ever had any issues save the weight when walking for grouse. I have put oodles of shells of all types thru it and no issues.

Have run a ton of shells through my as well still cycles really well and locks up great. Good value for what you get.
