Hi guys, need an advice here...
So I have this 930 Jerry Miculek edition - an amazing gun overall, if not for the headache created by our wonderful legislation. Namely, the +4 Nordic extension's having to be plugged to allow only 5 shells in the tube overall. And I am not #####ing about the fact itself (although in all honesty I can spill a 50-gallon drum of bile on this subject), but the problem with getting the mag spring into the tube with the stupid wooden plug glued into the extension cup.
Last time I went to the range the gun stopped feeding, and the follower was sliding freely in the tube. Turned out it's because the mag spring was all tied in knots
So rather than coming with all kinds of "creative" solutions (such as cutting the spring short or machining the dowel), I think it would be easier to just buy a standard +1 extension to the built-in 4-shell tube.
And here's my question: where?
I don't want to deal will the pain of exporting it from the States. Is there any physical store in the GTA, or an online one, that carries the +1 extensions for Mossberg 930 (with the matching spring, of course)?
