Mossberg Compatability

Are Lakefield Mossberg 400b barrels compatible with the Mossy 500 and vice versa? Thanks in advance,

I asked the same question a while ago and was told a MOSSBERG 400 is a LAKEFIELD MOSSBERG made in CANADA and it is the same as a MOSSBERG 500 made in the U.S. The parts are compatible in the same gauges. Do an ADVANCED SEARCH here , of MOSSBERG MODEL 400?

I use barrels from 400g, 500, and Maverick 88 on my 400g receiver, all interchangeable.
