A good friend wants one of these , comes with a vortex 4-16 x 44 , Im not a mossy fan so I know very little about them . Its $ 2 k at Wanstals . He's looking at .223 / .556 Nato . Good or bad reviews welcome as I can find very little online
 
A friend had one, not the chassis version, but the same action.

It was accurate, when it worked. It had serious issues feeding from the magazine. I'm not sure if the chassis version uses AICS mags or the AR mags.

I think savage is coming out with (or already has?) a MDT chassis style of firearm for similar pricing. Thats where my money would go. Other may disagree, but I have had zero problems with my savage in a mdt chassis.
 
International shooting supplies in Surrey has a similar consignment rifle that has zero rounds through it IIRC. Can't remember the brand but it's a tactical style aluminum chassis rifle in flat dark earth I believe
