Mossberg MVP barrel swap

Is it possible to swap the barrel og a Mossberg MVP? The one I cuurently have is a longer heavy barrel and I would like to swap it out with the 16.25 barrel of the scout model. Or do I have to sell mine and just buy it with the smaller barrel.

Uses a barrel nut, they are easy to change.

Is there a place in Canada I can buy the barrel? Everytime I google it I get the entire rifle and not just the barrel.

Probably easier to sell yours and buy the Scout.
