They are made in Turkey.
I have seen to many complaints and quality control issues on US forums.
Do your research before buying one.
If you are looking for a new shotgun in that price range, go with the Baikal IZH-27 or Stoeger Condor.
Alternatively, you can buy a used Browning or other European brand.

A friend just returned his to the merchant.It didn't like to fire the second shot.You can do a LOT better than this gun.Good advice re going the used Browning route.
