Eagle is doing imports for these?
Two different wholesalers wouldn’t import them. One had them on their booking order and the other didn’t even list it.
Either Mossberg or US government wouldn’t let them export them.

Does it come as a restricted shotgun or are you able to get it with a full butt stock and keep it over NR oal?

You sure? I know a 12.5” 870 with a raptor grip is under the Oal requirements to stay NR, which is gäy cause it looks so much better than the 14” barrel version.

The law says if it can fold, collapse or otherwise to under 26”
There are several guns out there that less than 26” that don’t fold or collapse and are non restricted. Some mares legs are 23” and non restricted.

Correct me if I’m wrong but if it’s able to fire and less than 26” oal it’s a restricted firearm according to the law, I really do hate our retarded gun laws by the way.
The Mares leg is NR for a reason if I recall correctly but I can’t remember exactly why.

Designed, adapted… Designed is the key word. If it was designed to be able to fire and be less than 26” oal it should be restricted. Not that I agree with this, let me be clear on that. I just would be pissed if I spent that much on a breacher thinking it would be NR and it turns up as R, a R shotgun is useless to me to be honest.
It's a terribly worded piece of legislation, I agree, and probably intentionally so.

Agreed, like so much of our firearm laws they’re written to be as clear as mud. I hope it comes in NR for him, I love short compact shotguns and that one is cool looking.
