Every once in a while its refreshing to have a good experience with a major manufacturer, and I would like to share my experience with Mossberg.

Last year I bought a new 535 combo and its a good reliable shotgun, until recently I was cleaning the barrel and dropped the rest by accident- ruining the magazine tube!
So after a failed attempt to find one during a thorough internet search- my only option was to contact Mossberg..
(I really did not want to do this after the abysmal way I was treated by Remington when my new POS Express supermagnum kept jamming, they simply did not care..)

So after a couple of emails asking price/availability for a new magazine tube, the good people at Mossberg are sending me a warranty replacement tube shipped free to Canada at no cost, even though my own negligence caused the part to fail! :D

So would I recommend Mossberg? You bet, their customer service is second to none.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... I need a 6-round mag for my 590 A1.
uh-oh!!!! I think I dropped something!! ;) :D

The border sucks when it comes to getting gun parts lol.Moss warrenties are great the shell extractor in my 935 broke called moss 3 days later had the part it came from their Can rep.I told him my trigger would stick once in a while as well he told me its the trigger accuator and that the adj is covered.Come the end of goose season its goin for a little tune up on Mossberg lol.

I have a 9200 that after 10 years or so, started letting both rounds in the mag slip by and jam. I contacted Mossberg and they gave me a list of warranty dealers in Canada. It cost me $10.00 to ship the gun and it was fixed up with new shell stops. I have a lifetime warranty on this gun.
