Hmmnnn - if you really want 1/2 MOA groups then I think you have to abandon the semi automatic idea. In my experience, even the Swiss Arms SG 550 SP will not reliably shoot that well. It is perhaps possible with a really trick AR-15, but you cannot use that for varmints / predators. Get a bolt gun.
