What's the most accurate 22lr ammo that's available in Canada?

Depends on the gun. You need to try a lot of different kinds to see what your gun likes. My ruger likes yellowjacket and blasers.

For match accuracy, Eley Tenex Ultimate EPS Red, $130.00US for a brick of 500 or a deal at $1125.00US per case of 5000.
RWS R-50 is $1050.00US per case or $110.00US per brick.
Lapua Midas, $995.00US per case.
These are US prices but the same ammo is available in Canada.

They all differ from lot to lot so you may find one that shoots better then the others. Testing a few boxes from each lot will keep you busy for a while. Once you find the ammo and lot # that shoots the best, buy a case or two.

Buy a box of everything you can find and shoot them all, more money does not mean better accuracy in the .22 game. You need to find out what your gun likes.

You won't see shooters at a formal smallbore match shootings yellowjackets.
If winning is your goal the consistancy of your ammo (more money) is important.

PMC Zappers are very consistent in my gun. But they feed like crap in a 597. If you have a tubular magazine or a bolt action, they should be a-ok.

It will still vary gun to gun. I had a 10-22 T and it loved CCI green tag ammo, my Rem 541 T did not shoot them for beens. Still have to try different types........
