Use a live trap and take it far away, thats the easiest method.

Spypoint makes a unit called "The sound Box" that is motion activated. You can load any sound you want in it.

I would bet that is not far enough. Coons typically have several dens spread out over a large area. I had them in my attic one summer, set up to stereos, one at each end of the attic and blasted rock music during the day for 4 days before they had enough. 8am - 7pm.
