i hope one of you gunutz can give me some advice.
i've got a couple of scopes with mounts for centerfire rifles.what i want to do is put them on a rimfire rifle or 2.the problem i have is the mounts don't fit rimfire only centerfire as the .22 have a smaller base.i'm looking to put them on a 10/22 for kicks and also a 64b lakefield.the ruger has a removable base so i assume i can buy a larger base or get an adapter.the 64b OTOH has the scope base machined into the receiver.any advice on where to pick something up in canada would be appreciated.
