I'm pretty sure I know what I want but wanted to know what your opinions are since I think that the vast majority of you guys know what you're talking about.
I just bought a Remington 700 SPS Varmint chambered for .308.
I am going to get a mount and scope rings from Near Manufacturing Group (unless you can give me a reason not too) and I'm pretty well set on getting a Nightforce scope.
What I don't know is what size scope I should go with. I want to set it up as if it were a "sniper rifle", however I might get into hunting later on when I learn to shoot accurately. All opinions are welcome.
