So I pulled the trigger on a Vortex Sparc. I'm planning on mounting it to my polymer hand guard, until the scout mount from BC tactical comes out.

Its made by CAA in Israel.

Just wondering how these hold zero with a small red dot on top? Anyone run this setup for a while?

Depends what you mean by "hold up".

I ran an eotech on the fab handguard and it didn't fall off or anything, but the zero wandered a bit and wasn't reliable when you pulled the handguard off and put it back on.

The mount to use is the NEA handguard...repeatable zero, cowitness, indestructible.

I used a Fab Defense one for a long time with no issues whatsoever. I switched to NEA specifically for cowitness. Nothing wrong with Fab Defense. With our neutered mags, that plastic will hold up for most shooting.

Seen 1 of there workers up at poco range last weekend testing it out. He said that by the end of this month they were going to release it. As for what you are tring to do works great for flash light and forward grip mounts but as for optic's I would pass.
