Sorry for my ignorance.
I recently purchased a Russian version of an Aim Point sight and have a couple of questions on mounting it.
I noticed a lot of people mount them down fairly low. Do you see, or do you want to see the front sight through the red dot sight or should it be elevated above the front sight on the barrel?
How do you ensure that the sight is perfectly straight in the scope rings? What I mean is the windage and elevation are level horizontaly and vertically.
Any help you guys could provide would really be appreciated.
