Mounting a scope on a Rossi mod 62-SAC ?

Hi guys, I need your help again.

Does anyone here know what scopemount needs to be used on a Rossi 62 SAC .22 lr pump action carbine ? This is the Winchester model 62 clone and is factory drilled and tapped for a sidemount. Mount charts don't show this model and my usual supplier told me Rossi used to sell the proper mount but I can`t locate that. If someone knows where to get one, or what Weaver sidemount bracket could be a close substitute I could modify to fit.

The Rossi mount for the 62a (carbine or long barrel) only had a single ring so I'm not sure how sturdy it was for a regular scope. Rossi had the mount available years ago. I have an old Rossi catalogue that shows the mount. I finally found a (new in the bag) mount about 6 months ago with the intention of using a short red dot on my Rossi 62a carbine... thought it might be sturdier than a long tube scope. I just haven't had time to mount it and try it out yet.
