Below is a course description for a movers clinic at the MTC training center in Lake city Michigan. My shooting partner and I are going and thought you guys would like to know about it too. Think there is only a couple places left.

Moving Target Clinic (Precision Rifle) Overview • 1 Day 21 June (0800 till completion) • Fee: $200 non members / $160 members o Limit 6-8 shooters (instructor availability dependent) o See bottom for registration details.
Course description: Serious shooter only! This live fire intensive course builds upon your experienced working
knowledge of long range shooting. o This clinic will cover in depth the topics important to engaging moving targets, to include: The theory and math behind calculating leads The application of fundamentals to hitting moving targets Methods for engaging moving targets Much, much, more
In this one day clinic you will utilize prone and sitting/kneeling positions to engage walking, trotting and running
speed targets as well as stop & go’s and bobbers from distances of 200, 300, 400 and possibly more (time dependent) . o Spotting partners will be used heavily in this course; you will be paired up if you come alone. Data books/cards will be used frequently throughout this course. • Prerequisites: Long Range Basic Course – or a strong preexisting foundation of long range shooting. o *Must have confirmed gun data from 100-600 yards
*Come with rifle zeroed and ready to go – if you are showing up without a zero, please come ½ hour early so you
can get zeroed. • Required Equipment: Scope rifle capable of 1MOA or better, rear support (sand sock), data book, ballistic chart for your rifle/ammo, eye and ear protection, snacks/beverages and clothing suitable for mostly outdoor training. Much of this course will be conducted away from the parking lot/class room, therefor shooters need to come with a pack capable of carrying water, ammunition, rain/cold weather gear, and other equpment.
Note: Rifle scope with BDC-target turrets and Mil-Dot/TMR/MOA reticles are mandatory.

o Ammo: 200 (min) rounds of match grade. o Recommended: 20x (Minimum) spotting scope Shooting tripod Sun/bug juice Extra water Shooting mat Rifle sling / rifle bag Bring a packed lunch – grill is available for use.

Mover presentation in classroom o Spotter responsibilities and data book review in classroom o Live Fire MOVER Prac Ap (ALL DAY LONG) o Clinic review, conclusion and AAR.
