MP Molds

I picked up 1 of their mold's(mp), brand new off a fellow caster. It was brass so I had some question's about use/break in so I emailed them 3 different time's.
I never got a reply. I sold it for what I paid and will never use their mold's. If you can't take the time to answer some question's, do you take the time to keep an eye on your product?
NOE molds on the other hand! I called their customer care number on a Saturday afternoon and was delighted to be speaking to the OWNER of NOE!!! He answered my questions and it's been great dealing with them ever since.

I have a lot of both, I rate MP moulds better because of their thicker sprue plates and supperior HP mould design. If you have questions on anything regarding casting, the cast boolits website is the place to do it. I don't think Miha (MP) even speaks English, he is in the Slovak Republic.
