I know the word on the street is that they are coming in restricted which means the market for them would be seriously diminished. Has there been a ruling yet from the Crystal magical Palace that is the firearms centre? I would be all over it if it was non-restricted.

And if so why can the colt umerex, which allegedally has a few more bugs, can come in non-restricted which even has the more evilier "colt" name on it?

Then it went off on a tangent. I think I did a pretty good job of searching. We have 3 conflicting reports which still doesn't answer my question nor is their specifically a topic on the model of the firearm. So before you get all pissed off maybe it could have been better to calmly say we're not really sure here is the link to what we have so far and it's not much. Rumour has it that it's gone to the firearms centre for evaluation. Here is a link to what little we have:

If you don't like people coalating the information kindly ask the administrator to erase this entire post but for the benefit of other people whom have just got wind of the rifle I would leave it up here so people can at least get information on the specific model. Other than that please get off my ####.


At least people who are looking for the specific model have a place now. Not only that, but I don't think it's out of line to ask about something that was first mentioned 4 months ago. Let's all hope this becomes non-restricted for the greater good of the shooting community.
 
Dont belive the olympics part. it was a stab at people who said the end of SHOT would bring an FRT . you can pick your own unrealated event and tell people on the internet the frt will be released after it :D thats what i did

Nice post:D, thankyou for taking the time to answer your own question and sharing with the rest of usas I also wanted to know but couldnt make sense of it all. I'm crossing my fingers and donating what money I can to the Henderson case so (hopefully) they get deemed a non variant (non restricted) when the FRT's are issued.
 
Thanks for the links guys. We're up to speed, I guess as much as it's possible with the retarded CFC. How do you get a job there? By screwing up every private sector job you've had untill you can't get UI anymore?
 
Use the search function in the forum that the gun belongs in and you will get results, I searched "mp15" in the rimfire section and had results..............
