I've been reading about the MP153. Seems like quite a bargin semi. I kind of smile to myself when I read about the necessary break in shooting. For an occassional hunter/shooter like me, I think that the break in shooting is more rounds than I'd normally use in a few seasons:).
I may end up with one regardless...

are you worried about the cost?
just buy a couple big boxes of promo shells, theyre dirt cheap. go have some fun plinking or shooting clays. hell, go blow apart a teddy bear.

get the SPR 453 by Remington... exact same gun, even has Baikal on one side, but its about $100 cheaper.

btw: dont touch the factory gas adjustment. when properly broken in the gun will cycle just about anything at that setting.

Where is the 453 cheaper than the baikal? I paid $477 after taxes and shipping for a brand new one. I'll buy another if I can get it cheaper than that, and sell it on the EE for $500 :) like some people...
