MP5 copy?

Ok, so the MP5 really attracts me, and I to it. The problem? The MP5 is prohibited by name, meaning I'd need a time machine in order to get one.
A bit more research, and I found the GSG5. 'Ok-where do I get one?' I thought, only to be stone-walled by this prohibited issue again.
So I ask CGN: Is there a MP5 copy and/or look-like out there? Any caliber. Ok- riddle me this: would there be a way to take a Ruger 10/22, replace the stock and have it resemble a MP5?

Yes there is an mp5 kit for the 10/22. seems to be a little rare as i dont see them around very often.

I also just found an archangel stock for the Ruger Charger 22. If a person could put on a folding or collapsible stock on this archangel, it would defintely seem to be MP5-ish.

That looks like the one I say expect the collapsible stock. This one had the MP5 type full stock. It was for sale on the EE when I first joined for $600 (gun and kit).

Magazines aren't curved, but just pretend its in .40 S&W or 10mm.
