MRA Renegade Mark II rifles and receiver kits.

We don't have any 7.62x39 rifles just yet, however we have receiver kits, and 7.62x39 AR compatible barrels are out there as are the bolts and mags.

You can build it your self, or get us the barrel and bolt and we can build it for you to our specs...email the store (Victory Ridge for more details).
Good news! I'll definitely go check it out

Is there a break in time for the MK2? Not sure if i'm having user error here.

Ordered one recently and took it out to the range shooting some Barnaul .223

Had a few times where the bolt got stuck and had to use a table to unstuck it. Granted after a few rounds it seemed to cycle fine.

Also had issues getting the BCL Mags to cycle in, there seems to be some issue with where it ends up where it'll push up against the bolt lock and prevent the bolt from going forwards, and any lower causes it to not properly feed the round into the chamber.

Let me help you.

Is the Barnaul ammo steel cased ammo? The Renegade does not cycle steel ammo well, we recommend factory brass cased ammo only. With that said, we have found the Renegade tends to have issues with brass cased Hornady and PPU also. Aside from these two considerations, the Renegade rifles works great on a wide variety of other brass cased ammo.

As for the BCL magazines, the spine of the magazine engages the bolt catch, locking the BCG to the rear. The factory BCL MRX magazines do not funtion in the Renegade rifle.

Please give us a call at the shop if you would like to discuss this further. Or shoot us an email to info@victoryridgesports.ca.

I thought BCL MRX Mags worked in the MK2?

I'm also looking to pick one up in the 12.5 length. Will they come with a different handguard style?

Would it be recommended to just order on back order to guarantee a rifle? I see the 19” are in stock, still waiting on the shorter options.

Unsure if I’ve missed the boat

We have 12.5" and 16" 223 Wylde in final production now. These rifles should be ready end of the week or early next week. All backorders are priority fullfilled ahead of stocking inventory from the production.
