Where can I buy a MSG90 or PSG1 stock??? Can I bring one in from the states if it is under $100? Whether or not it is genuine HK does not matter, but no airsoft...

An authentic HK precision stock is going to be well over $100. You will need an import certificate.
 
Original PSG90 and PSG-1 stocks are expensive down south, but you might want to try Magpul as they are making a PSG style stock for HK91 and G3's. It looks very similar to an HK stock but will be much cheaper. If I am correct it is a modified Magpul PRS stock that fit on hk91/G3's.
