Muddy Girl Color Change

I was at my somewhat LGS this morning and spied a Muddy Girl in 9mm on consignment. The shop was asking $750 which includes 3 Glock mags. I have a couple of quick questions. Is this a half decent price and question 2, how hard would it to paint as in DIY? I realize the butt stock, fore grip and pistol grip are easily changed out but what about the rest?

I'm sure he's referring to the Just Right Carbine. Some quality prep time and a good rattle-can spray job that adheres well to metal and plastic should do the trick.
