I bought a Mueller Eraticator from Phil @ Whitefalls hunting supplies in 2006. I recently noticed that I crushed one of the aluminum turrent caps on my scope.

Wrote an email to phil explaining how I'd need to get a replacement part for my scope. He responded around 8 am the following morning and informed me he would send a replacement part free of charge. Later the same day (today actually), he wrote back letting me know my turrent cap was on it's way and gave me the tracking number. Great Service wouldn't you say?
It's always very pleasent to deal with this fellow, and thought I'd give him props on the board. Thanks Phil!
