amazon.ca is the only place in canada I have seen or heard of it, but like you I am willing to be proven wrong.
Local guy bought one and got it but I haven't had the chance to look through it yet, as far as a budget entry level scope goes this could be the one as the reviews are pretty positive and it stands up to recoil pretty good

Amazon for starters, after that good luck, not an easy brand to secure in Canada. I normally buy them when on vacation in the US, but that will not be anytime soon due to the FX rates.
