Mueller?

If you do a search you could probably find some useful information. Generally they are well regarded and Phil from White Falls is on here and sells them.

As for the scopes, they seem to be well regarded in the Rimfire forum, so I've also made the leap and bought one.
 
I have a APV 4.5-14x40 scope I bought from Phil for my 223 bolt action. I think it has superior optics and average sort of fit and finish. If it proves durable, I'd say its an excellent buy. Very bright and sharp image.
 
I've used a few. They're worth what you pay for them, no more, no less. Decent enough, but you're not getting any more bang for less buck than any other brand
