I suspect he is talking about GLAZER SAFETY bullets. They were never very plentiful and finding them in Canada would be like winning the lottery.

ECKS is right about what round I am asking about,thus the company link at bottom of my original post, and ya I can see how this would be deemed illegal round, tho it would a BS "it falls in this category" That is why I was asking as I haven't had any luck finding them and still haven't heard back from the company yet with where they are at in the process of getting them into Canada or who may already set up an account with.
