Murphy Oil seems to strip surplus finnish, But linseed oil saves it everytime.

I been using murthys oil and water and it seems to strip the finnish, Nothing linseed oil cant fix but still strange. Once the whole thing is cleaned and oiled it looks great tho, heres a pic after. I also sand it with 600 grit wet sandpaper. Anyone got any other stock cleaning tips that wont remove the orginal paint?

First sks with lighter finnish
