What is the closest range near bracebridge, ON, that you dont need a membership to get in, and you can just pay (like silverdale).

I'm only asking because i am looking into going to the Orillia gun club, but it will take some time before i am no longer a probationary member there, and in the main time i would like to go shooting with a friend who just got her license.

So do guys have any advice for me? A non-committal shooting range near bracebridge ON?

Edit: Or maybe some crown land is a better option..

Huntsville Pistol and Revolver Club has a new 100yd outdoor rifle. Don't know about the membership though. Don't hurt to call n ask. Its near the corner of Madill church road and gunclub road in huntsville Don't have the number handy.....I'll look if you want.
 
AFAIK: Gravenhurst and Orillia are full and no longer accepting new members. That could have changed though.( If you're already in the Orillia club as a probationary member, congrats, just don't let your membership lapse, you may not get back in if they're full) Try the Huntsville club. ;)

i cant seem to find a website or even a number on the internet i found one on an old canadian site but it wasn't connected to anything..

am i just stupid? does anyone know the number for huntsville pistol and revolver (and now rifle)?

I pulled this info from Ontario Out of Doors.
My father just joined. The indoor range is small, but just fine for shooting pistol.

I've been trying to get into Orillia for over a year without any luck...:(
