Just got the bullet feeding die, comes with the proper powder through expander, dropped that into the powder measure setup as per instructions. Well even before I set up the die it's belling the cases so much that the bullet slides into the case. Monkeyed with it this morning prior to work, back the die a bit out of the quick lock, but I can only go so far before the powder measure won't travel fully. Seems the adjustment is very fine to get it all working, any advice from people that have done it already?

When I got my LNL, I got the PTX for one caliber, to see if it was worth it. I decided it wasn't. I now expand and charge separately for both pistol cals I load (about to be three).

Hornady ptx is garbage order a powder through expander from powder funnels.com it works for all calibers and is excellent. That's what I use!!
That isn't an expander, it is a one-size-fits-all flaring tool.

Belling and expanding are different. If you mean the bullet slips into the case all the way without resistance, the expander is oversized and needs to be replaced.
If you mean the bell is so large the bullet drops in a bit and sits there ready to be seated, that's not awful, just back the die out a bit. A little bit.
The difference between just-right belling and too-much-belling is a fine adjustment. Make sure the linkages are lubed, and for more-consistent travel with easier adjustment get this gizmo. Takes the stress off the linkages as well:

I don't have one yet, but was about to make my own, so will be getting one soon.
Also, the PTX Lead expanders have a more-extended bell area, easier to adjust - designed to prevent lead shaving, but reported to work well with jacketed.
It doesn't uniform the neck tension, which is the point of an expander. Fine for bulk blasting ammo, wouldn't use it on anything else.

Came with the press kit and been using it, I think I have it set up now, a real pain as I want a crimp dies as well so it Depriming die, prime, powder/expander die, bullet die, bullet seating die and then Lee crimp. the clearance between the powder measure and bullet die is very little. Does adjusting the bullet die change how far the bullet seats into the case? I will post a picture shortly
