I have a friend that got a hold of one of these a few years back and wants to sell it. He wants to know if he can sell it to someone in the states or canada. Can he use ebay etc.... I told him i've seen them on their for sale before.. He wants to offload it because he's getting a tapco t6 stock....
It's pretty cool he has pictanny rails mounted on it with a foregrip, laser flashlight etc...It's in great condition.

Any advice appreciated....

Thanks

You don't have many posts, you have been told it is strictly Prohibited in Canada and to get rid of it (destroy it). I would drop it. It is like asking how to sell drugs. Very suspect.

Prohib, better off breaking it up and throwing it in the garbage rather than trying to sell it
There's a chance he could get nailed even shipping it out of Canada..Just not worth it

semi-auto firearm under 660mm? Is he selling just the stock because I don't understand how that could be prohibited. Isn't it just a piece of plastic until you put an action in it?

Okay newbies - PLEASE do not try to tell guys here they are legal or ok or whatever.

AFTERMARKET BULLPUP STOCKS ARE PROHIBITED DEVICES. FULL STOP. YES, IT SEEMS STUPID. YES, IT MAKES NO SENSE. HOWEVER, IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS POSSESSING UNPINNED 30 ROUND MAGS. ILLEGAL. NO IF's AND's or BUT's.

I'm giving the answer - and my post was more directed at Xrob. Chill out. It's prohibited because the government said it's prohibited. There is no more logic or reasoning than that. Sad, but true.

Advice: Get rid of the prohibited device ASAP.

AlderTK: Do some research. Campbell was not PM when the prohibitions went through in '91.

Locked.
