David Tubb's comment at the end of the summary that was just posted should be noted. On big rounds like 338 Lapua and 300 Norma, recoil reduction is important. But on all of the other rounds he is testing, recoil reduction is NOT the reason for using a brake. None of those other rounds have much recoil. It's the ability to stay on target (i.e. spot your own shots) that matters. Being able to spot your own shots is a MUST in the PRS competitions the PRB data revolves around. Those test results have not been posted yet.
