muzzle brake make a difference?

I am working up a load for a new rifle that has a removable brake. This is the first rifle I have had with a brake. I have read where it may affect the poi when the brake is removed using the same load you developed with the brake. As I haven't tried myself yet does it usually require major adjustments to the load itself also? I imagine it is pretty much gun dependent but just reaching out to see what others have found

Yes. Read up on barrel harmonics. Any change that touches the barrel will affect it.

you need to site in without the brake. your load maybe fine as is you will need to test. why do you want to shoot without the brake?
