Technically, the rifle in question is a precision rifle, but I figured there are much more muzzle brakes going on and off of rifles in this section.

I have a rifle, it will be my first rifle with threads and a removable brake (I had a T-97 for a while but wasn't removable). My new brake came with a crush washer, and I was curious if the crush washer needs to be replaced after every install & uninstall or are they able to be used a few times? Do you remove brakes for cleaning or just clean em where they sit?

Typically, crush washers are a one use item, especially considering their low cost but use your own judgement.
There is absolutely no reason to remove the brake after its installed, if its so badly caked that it needs cleaning, just dunk it in a cup of hoppes #9 and wipe away.
