I am looking for the M11 severe muzzle brake and the place in usa where I found it (precision armement) doesnt ship in Canada.
Anyone know where I can get one ?

This isn't what you asked, I know, but take a look at http://coretacsolutions.com/products_MB.htm the design is somewhat similar, they're located in Mississauga (Canada FTW) and I've got one myself in 308 and can vouch for the quality and effectiveness.

Yes, I wrote them and here is the reply I got:

Our Dept. of State has deemed flash hiders/suppressors, compensators and muzzle brakes as SME, significant military equipment.

At this time we are not apply for export licenses for these items as company policy.
