Muzzle brakes

I have the tikka tactical witht he sako/tikka manufactured brake. it is like shooting my 243. I will be purchasing the near brake from tse this weekend and then will let u know which i like better.

Were you talking to them on the phone last night? I was in there looking at new stuff & one of the sales guys had a Near brake out right in front of me. Same one I have.

GLOCK A MANIAC - no 300gr, didn't group well for me, only 250gr and i only shoot black hill match for now...

I was tempted to take the phone away from the sales guy cause I figured it was probably another "Nut" that I could talk to.

They do look better than the Sako ones - I just need a break from work and warmer weather so I can try mine out! I hope you get it soon and enjoy it!

I've had a Vais muzzle brake on my Reminton Sendaro 300 ultra mag for 2 years now. I had the installation done by the Vais rep in Vancouver. It took 2 weeks. My accuracy went from 1.5" at 100 yards to .5" at 100 yards. The recoil is now like a .270. It is louder out to the sides. I would recommend getting this muzzle brake to any one. My 75 pound nephew would rather shoot the 300 rum with the brake than my 30-06 tikka. He shoots 2.5" groups at 300 yards, this is my zero stting.

Did anyone have a POA to POI difference after putting the muzzle break on compared to before its use.

I just received my Near brake for my TRG. What a nice looking bit of kit, now to try it on my rifle.
