Muzzle Break for Remington 700 heavy barrel Options?

I hope to reduce the recoil on my rem 700 heavy barrel a little bit. Will muzzle break help? If so, any recommendations?

I have an insite arms heathen brake on my 308. Works great. Canadian made as well

Well that is the entire purpose of a muzzle brake. Yes, it will reduce recoil.

Best I have ever used is a Badger Thruster...needs to be reamed out and timed by a gunsmith, but out of the couple dozen different brakes I've tried it works the best.
