Muzzle device removal

Hello,

I have a RFB with a Dlask XB-5 muzzle brake and was wondering how to remove it without damaging it.
There is no flat sides where you can put a armorers tool.

Have you tried a strap wrench? You can buy them at Canadian Tire pretty cheap.

I did and it won't loosen at all.

I used an old leather belt in a bench vice and put the flashider in the vice and just turned the rifle ( different type of rifle)

Well finally got it off with a pair of vice grips....Not pretty but did the job.
