Muzzleloader Kits

I know juanvaldez on this sight has an unfinished T/C Hawken for sale, that I would love to have, but I do not need two. I would love a kit. I know there is USA ones, track of the wolf i think

This is her rifle that she did a few years ago.

I have a stock and enough parts to build a sidelock tc gun. Parts are rough fitted. If you want high end custom parts kits. Track of the Wolf will ship to Canada. I have bought 3 lyman great plains flint rifle kits for less then 300 USD each over the past year. Keep watching the US muzzleloading forums. Good Luck and post us some pics of the work in progress.

Cheers nessy.

You can get a Lyman Great Plains Kit although it is not as nice as the other kits mentioned but it is simpler to do. They are availabgle from just about any major Canadian retailer that sells Lyman guns. I think that the price is around $500 here in Calgary.

Thanks for the replys. I am not interested in flinters, so ordering from the states is out. It's too bad that we don't have more selection in Canada, but inlines have taken over the market. My first muzzleloader was an Investarms Hawken in .45, that came as a kit, and a good rifle too. My wife's rifle is a Traditions Deerhunter, and came as a $120 kit. I guess I just miss the old days.
