MWI AK Type 81 Question Mark Barrel Clamp Light/Laser Mount

At Shot Show, Midwest Industries introduced a Light/Laser 1913 mount that clamps onto an AK Barrel. Would this work for the Type 81 LMG and SR? Would it work for the Type 81 Rifle with or without the grenade sleeve?

Can confirm. The part aligns with the barrel and cleaning rod of the Type81. The issue is that the stock dust cover needs to be notched to fit around the mount.

That's exactly what I was after. The barrel clamps on amazon looked pretty ####ty/bulky so I figured I'd take the gamble on this one - I'm glad I did.
