My 10/22...not FINISHED per se but...

When you start shooting consistently too low, it's drooping! 
Seriously though, check out rimfire central.com, and search barrel droop, lots of info there. The 10/22 aluminum reciever was not made to support a fully floated bbl, and over time will droop, but I guess it takes a long time, and there are things to do to help stop it, or at least delay it.
I'm not worried about droop in mine, and when it does, I'll look at the bedding, maybe install a pillar, or some put a point of support further out from the reciever.
